T & L Plant is a family run construction company established in 1991. With 31 years’ experience, we have steadily grown and currently turnover approx. £8m (2020-21). Our tender bracket is from £80k to £3 Million.

We undertake all aspects of groundworks, basement construction & RC frame. This Includes – Site clearance & Demolition. Temporary support works. Underpinning. Piling. Groundworks to DPC. All types of drainage systems & utility services. Reinforced Concrete. Structural steel & alterations. External works & landscaping. Roads & Car Parks.
Our current workforce consists of approx. 40 employees. We own an extensive fleet of plant and machinery including tipper, grab & plant lorries. The company operates from our offices and yard in Denham, Uxbridge.
As a company we hold a Heavy Goods vehicle operator’s licence, RHA membership, CHAS, Constructionline, SSIP & Considerate contractors.
Our staff hold – SSSTS, First Aid, Confined Space, NWRSA, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness & Plant operators Certification.
Both owners /directors are actively involved and oversee each project, managing all elements closely. Our knowledge and skills enable us, as a company to assist the design team at an early stage, supporting every aspect of the project, whilst our experience helps us to foresee any possible complications and act efficiently and effectively through any site problems that may arise.
90% of our works is with longstanding partners, some over 25 years, we enter into any works with new clients with the aim of adding another long-term partner.
